485等排期期间可以take leave ?

I will take a leave from my employer next year (they allow me to resume to work after 1 year's leave, just like the TINGXIN LIUZHI in China).

If next year USCIS touches my I-485 case (filed in 8/2007) while I am on leave from my employer , will I have any problem? Or can I claim that although I am unemployed, I still have the job offer? In another word, is the case approvable while I am on leave ?

EB2. PD: June 2006. I-140 approaved.
