In I-693, I found "immunization Determination( DTP, OPV, MMR, TD), but in Supplemental form to I-693, there are " DT/TDP, Td, MMR,Hib, Hepatis B, Varicella, pneumococcal,and infuenzz". I was confuse by these. Do I need to take all of these, or only part of this? INS said that my supplemental is not completed, and let me give them new supplemental.I really don't know what ins need.(I had MMR and Td)
