background check cleared. so what to do next?

My 485 is pending (based on approved 140-Eb1a). I got a job in US government
two month ago. For new employee, US government need to do background check.
now my background check is cleared and I got the 'background check cleared'
file (certificate) from FBI. How or should I forward a copy to USCIS to
get 485 faster?
