父母急诊欠钱与我的绿卡申请

母亲急诊送入一政府医院并手术,因为没有保险.理论上讲钱我们是肯定还不起的.我目前I140已经批了,而I-485正在排期,我想知道如果这个钱不还是不是会影响我的绿卡申批?请教各位有什么好的建议.谢谢!
1.家在TEXAS
2.所有签名都是母亲签名的.
3.我送妈妈去的医院并常去看她,但并没有签过任何名.
