我觉得h1签证不受影响，因为h1可以有移民倾向，而且h1可以在境内调整身份。所以她应该不需要在境内申请移民签证。
据说国内象这样做follow-to-join申请移民签证大概需要1年时间，是这样么？其实那也挺快的。
