urgent help! social security tax question

我现在是H1B, 485 pending
公司不知道为什么没withhold my social security and medicare tax
我去年找TAX accountant 报税的时候问过，结果他说我只是将来不享受social
security and medicare，并不是TAX fraud，我想绿卡没拿到之前，也用不着交，所以
没把这事放心上
现在估计不久要去绿卡面试，这个要紧吗？I paid all my federal and state taxes.
