Most RFEs did not mention if you can submit anything after original submission. That means not all IOs have such limitation in their mind. In this case, I would suggest that you compile all availabe new evidence to support your claim.

Some RFE notice did mention that you can not submit anything new after original submission. In this case I would suggest you still use as many as possible if you can prove the work (related to new article) was done before the original submission. If you are familar with the research work and its publication cycle, you will know that in most cases, the work for new articles usually was done well before it is published
