跪求PIJIANG,XIAOBAITU及各位老师，在线等！

我母病危，我必须回国。我现在是I485 PENDING, H1B 身份，AP过期。问：
1.我已经用了AP(今年八月），我这次回国是否还可以申请H1B VISA返美？如可以，我就不用申请AP.
2.如果我申请加急AP,需几天时间？
