I485 local office interview 已过37天，还未收到该来的信

I-485 employment based 子女，9月2日面试，说要个certified copy，会同时给律师和本人寄表格request。已经36天没有消息。当时未记住IO的姓名。InfoPass和USCIS都不能access local office。该怎么办？去local office他们是否会接待？谢谢有经验的朋友们指导！
