Thank you, Pjiang. She is a IO. i do not know why she did not send a service request. I talked to my attorney today. She called the customer service and got a response that i have to wait till Nov 09th. Because I made a service request back in May, the reply was wait another 6 months. I also wrote to congressman.

Pjiang, do you know a good way to push for the GC approval? My company is not doing well. I am afraid that i will get laid off anytime.
