For 无犯罪记录, it really depends on when you got it.

If you applied for notarization of no-crime record when you were in China, it is useless now. In such case, it's usually only valid for 6 months.

On the other hand, if you applied for such notarization after you left China so the no-crime record covers the last day you were in China, it's always valid.
