因为绿卡没收到已经2个月，IO建议file I-90with fee etc.

Q1: 刚刚file I-90发现收据是MSC-考古知道是national center.上网查national processing time 却发现没有i-90，请问national center 是不是不受理i-90？如果要受理，怎么才能查到status?

Q2: national center I-90 受理速度和其他中心有什么区别？有没有办法加快呢？
