我友很久前J2身份来美,然后失去身份数年直到现在.刚与一个公民结婚.准备办绿卡,可听说J2需WAIVER. 朋友是个极善良的人,只是命运太坎坷,恳请知道的人告诉对于办结婚绿卡,J2是否要WAIVER?如是,有什么办法?
