1. Can the Chinese consulate give us waiver "no objection notice "for the second time if we need a new waiver for Green card?
-You do not need second time waiver

2. we got the waiver in 2007, now our J-1 is extended to 2009. Will the waiver covers the extended period? The visa has not been changed to H1.
-The waiver is still effective no matter what your current status is.

3. Beside going back for the two year residency, what other ways to continue the work ?
-J-1 waiver only.
