Does anyone know this? Please help.Thanks a lot!
1. Can the Chinese consulate give us waiver "no objection notice "for the second time if we need a new waiver for Green card?
2. we got the waiver in 2007, now our J-1 is extended to 2009. Will the waiver covers the extended period? The visa has not been changed to H1.
3. Beside going back for the two year residency, what other ways to continue the work ?
