I heard DOL always send NOF to the company for re-ads and recuriting again. you are not the only one case. Now DOL is very picky...
if new ads posted and no more available US Citizen for your position, of course, DOL will get your LC certified. But PERSONALLY I don't think Personality, HARD WORKING,EXTRA WORK during the Weekend will be added into your new ads..it would be more trouble. maybe some other forum will be better for your answer.
