H1是从F1转过来的，在护照上没有H1的stamp，所以不能再延期。只能赶紧申请EAD，是这样么? 急切想知道律师说得对不对?

So, just ask his employer to file the H-1 renewal petition immediately using Premium Processing. H-1 status has ten-day grace period after it expires, so the time is enough. But your hu*****and must stop working until the H-1 extension is approved because of his H-1 status expiration.
