我是去年以B2签证来到美国，之后和爱人（美国公民）在美结婚，今年3月进行了移民面试，之后一直没有结果，直到今天接到此信。deny的原因是“misrepresenting a material fact in order to circumvent the immigration laws of the United States”。我和爱人在美国共同买了房子，爱人11月生孩子，我不知道为什么移民局还有怀疑。
