I-485被拒提问

我今天收到了移民局关于我的I－485的据信，信末尾还说“there is no appeal of this decision, but this denial is without prejudice to your ability to renew your application before an Immigration Judge”。请问各位牛牛，这句话是什么意思？我接下来该怎么办才好？

另外，我请律师是请中国律师好还是美国律师好？有谁知道Missouri州St. Louis市哪个律师事务所打这种移民官司比较在行？
