是不是没身份了？

EB3 140已批准，485 pending， H1-B已经第9年了，还有两年到期。公司最终还是没能多过劫难，已经两个月没有发薪水，可能下个月解散。是不是我的h1-b已经失效？移民局会什么时候知道。我已经有EAD了，但是还有7个月就过期了。我还能续上吗？我是不是已经没身份了？
