Your case may be over due for processing and however we have not touch it yet.

No, we have not assigned it to an IO as the letter is being written.

We have no excuse to explain why it takes so long so we can only just say "Your case is actively processing and your case need additional review and we need more time."

Frankly say, "Your case is actively processing" is a pure lie while all the rest are true and accurate.
