We just received a letter from USCIS and said they did not receive Biographic Information sheet (G-325A) in support of I-485 application. If we can not submit it in certain time, our case will be denied. Should this form by prepared by the lawyer or ourselves? Is there anybody has the same situation? Thank you very much.
