Have you passed I-751? If yes, and you seem to have enough evidence to prove the true marriage. If you can wait for 5 years since GC to file N-400, you won't have any problem. But if you want to file N-400 only after 3 years since GC, you may or may not face harsh questions because living with US spouse is the eligibility that you can file N400 2 years sooner and that eligibility needs to be examined.
