Yes, but it does not affect your I-485 with a month out of status. Have you been China and got a non-immigation visa (e.g. F-1, H-1, etc.) to come back since 1/11/00? If yes, the record of your ublawful presence has been removed completely from USCIS file.

Anyway, you do not have any problem on your GC application.
