I back China in May. before that I applied changing to H4 status, it took 10 months, at that time, the process time on the web is 8 months, now you can see from web site, the process time will around 11 months. So that is why I worried about. And as got approved, H4 time did not retrospectively apply to all the pending period. It is only valid from the approval time. I have no other reason, just process time make me crazy...
