Don't worry

I don't think the expirations of your I94 and your hu*****and's I94 matter. The expiration of your hu*****and's H1B matters the most. Even the I94 expires, you and your hu*****and will still have legal status as long as his h1b is valid.

Call one of the lawyers to confirm above.
