initial legal fee $1,300 for starting Labor Certification procedure, which is non-refundable.

The client shall pay $1,400 before filing with the DOL.

*If PERM case is audited by DOL, extra $500 should be added to the flat fee.

The client shall pay another $1,000 before filing I-140 with CIS.

The client shall pay $800 (including spouse) before filing I-485, adjustment of status application with CIS.
