绿卡已经批准，但是35天后，尚未收到绿卡。想问下这里得大侠

通常多久收到绿卡？已去问移民局，说再等一周，再打电话。

另，准备换工作，新工作已定于10月中开始，问题：现在是否能辞工（到9月底结束现在得工作）。
