又回到美国工作, 转到新的公司要什么手续？
- Do you mean you work for the old employer now? If yes, ask the new employer to file an H-1b transfer petition for you and you can work after the transfer filing. If no, just ask the new employer to file an new H-1b petition for you, but you can not work until the H-1 petition is approved.
