2nd REF for my 485 was submitted and was received by NSC by end of August 08 based on your kind suggestions. My NIW PD is Sep 22, 2005.
Because PAI-QI (排期) of October for EB2 will be back to April 1st, 2004. So if my 485 case will be processed and approved after this month, I have to wait another year to get GC. This is definitely not fair for my family because they really want to go to china to see parents after get GC approved in the near future. So I hope that my 485 can be processed and approved before Oct 1st.
Do you think it will be work if my superior will write a letter to an USCIS officer that he know, about my 485 case? Please give me suggestions,
