Just got green card

140&485 (EB2) concurrent filing in July 2005 at TSC
140 approved Sept. 2005
1st FP Oct. 2005
2nd FP May, 2007
RFE (TB test) Feb, 2008
3rd FP Aug. 2008
Sept. 8, 2008 approval email received (no any LUD’s before that)
Sept. 13, 2008 got card by mail.

I wrote a few letters to senators and first lady. I think the senator is more helpful. Thank you all for the information in this forum.
