I think your case covers all aspects:) (very complex one).
Better way to make application for yourself first. After you landing, you can bring them over if you still love them:).

1. Use the longest one and ask them to mention others.
2. Chinese Embassy can provide this service.
3, 4 and 5. Forget it.
6. Can be used anytime.
7. Maybe.
