Yes.
2.早期一家公司早已变更地址，公司领导也换了，根本找不到
You can find any company to fill this gap,or ask a person who worked with you to write a reference letter.
3.我的未婚夫在国内，我递申请时希望也把他加上?
I don't think you can.
Even if he is your hu*****and,when he is interviewd by Immigration officer,he would be asked some very private questions such as your underwear color when he made love with you.
