请教一个关于填I-90表的问题

在Part 3 Processing Info里有个问题问If you entered the U.S. with an Immigrant Visa, also complete the following，这是指你最近一次用绿卡入美国（不管是美国境内调整身份还是境外拿到的绿卡），还是说只有你是境外拿到绿卡后你需要回答你第一次入美国的信息？
