8月初给USCIS打过电话，告诉我背景调查已结束。Representative 帮我递了一个Service Request.昨天受到回信，请大家帮忙解释一下，是不是还要催。

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 with 60 days of the date of this letter.

已经等了三年了，希望能赶紧下来，如果又是推辞，我还得继续催。
