change job after I140 approval

My I140 (OR) was approved yesterday and I have filed I485 for >1 year. Can I now move to another university in the same field of research. Is my GC petition still valid if I do so and Do I need to notify the USBCIS about the job change? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
