现持有效的H1,
-Does it mean your status is H-1 or you have a H-1 visa?
If it means your status is H-1, you need to go to a U.S. Consulate in China to get an H-1 visa to return to U.S. if you do not have AP. So, do not need to worry about that.

作人员说我如果Online E-filing，拿到I-131 Receipt No.就可以凭此入境，这种做法可靠吗？
-No, absolutely it is wrong statement.
