I-140填表问题--求助！！！

I am a postdoc with OPT, the university is applying H-1 for me (from the end of 2004), I am trying to DIY for GC and my wife will join me:

Part 4, item 4: are any other petition(s) or application(s) being filed with this Form I-140?
does it mean the petition for other person (spouse/child) or something like I-485?

5: Is the person you are filing for in removal proceedings? totally confused!
'this person' refers to me or others?

6: Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person??
