Pjiang,what does the new employer to do for me

I485 pending well over 180 days. Have valid EAD. Will switch to a job of same nature. What does the new employer need to do for me? Do they need to do certain filing to continue the sponsorhsip? Or I just need to give HR a copy of my EAD. Thanks a lot!
