如果我在11月还没有找到新工作，保险起见，能否转成H4?
-Yes, you need to change your status to H-4 immediately if you do not find the job.

问题是：以后找到工作了，我的H1是否还有效(再生效)？or： 我是否要重新申请H1？那样的话，我又必须等到10月1号才能工作？
-After you change your status to H-4, of course you status is H-4, not H-1. But if you find a job later, you can change your H-4 status to H-1b again and work immediately once your H-1 status is approved (not必须等到10月1号才能工作).
