和老婆吵架被抓

F-1 一年前和老婆吵架报警被抓，拘留一天后出来，按要求已完成规定的consultation.最近该案将会close.请问：

1. 这将会影响我今后的入境和找工作吗？

2. 很多表格如：签证，入境，H-1，都要求填写 "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for an offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action?" 我该怎么办？
