I believe I met a nice guy. He asked me to select a category of reason. I was confused by those categories, and he repeated all of them at least for three times. I selected "extreme case" and he also put my reason "NIH need updated report, I cannot work without EAD" on the note. He gave me a case-number, I can call them back using that case number. He didn't say anything about " don't call it again in 90 days". Finally I was very appreciated and said " you are really nice person".
