EB2, PD-6/2005, 140 PROVED in 2006.
2nd finger print in 5/2007.
Now, 485 Pending for 3 years since 2005.
My attorney called the officer, they told him that they would give notice in October. They did not tell what's the notice? My attorney think it is not approval notice, maybe, 3rd finger print.
Any one has ideas?
