RFE for I-140: Dec-18-07(RD for I-140: Aug-08-07, AD: Jan-2008,当时还担心I-140没有在LC certified 六个月之内递交会有问题，还好没事。)
RFE for I-485 in Feb-2008 (AP: Sep-2008)
