I-765,在那个说明上有：Page 7
Renewal EAD: If this is a renewal application and you are applying under one the following categories, a filing fee is NOT required:
1....
2....
3....
4....
5. (c)(9) ...adjustment applicant who filed for adjustment under the fee stucture implemented July 30, 2007.
另外这个implemented July 30, 2007是么意思？
