So. It is I-485 pending based EAD

It is very easy.
1. Go to USCIS.com download G-28 and I-765 form.
2. Fill them
3. mail to CIS with check ($175 not sure)

If it is not approved after 3 month from notice date on the reciept, you can go to local INS office to get temp EAD (Employment Authorization Document)

It is easy. But hurry up
