About dismissal of WOM case

Hi! Donkeyroad, thank you very much for your explaination. I think we did explicitly ask for FBI to finish the name check because we listed it as one of the reliefs when we file the original complaint. Our child's is also one of the plaintiffs. To get the best result if there is some issue in the future, should we draft a letter to refuse to "dismissal as moot" and consent "dismissal without prejudice"?
