我的移民律师也说不可能,我也很担心.但我还是亲自带孩子去北京签证.Visa Officer就问了两个问题: 1) Are you still working at XXX University? 2) Is this the Adoption Certificate? 个人经验是: 1)一定要亲自带孩子去.2)材料准备充分.3)让VO看到你对孩子的亲情.Humanity trumps legality.4) Ask for the providence of God, if you are a Christian.

3. Completed Form DS-156
4. Copy of Certificate of Adoption and English translation
5. Copy of Police Report on Child Abandonment
6. Pictures of Parents with Adopted Child

8. Copy of I-797 of H1B approval for Parents
9. Recent pay stub of Parents
10. Employment verification letter for parents
11. Copy of W-2 wage and tax statement Form 1040
