I knew a guy.He submitted his I-140(EB3) to TSC in December,2007.He got his approval I-140 in the end of July,2008.Don't you believe it?

For me,my case is similar to you.I submitted my I-140 to TSC in the early of July,2007.In the March,2008, My I-140 was transferred to NSC.Till now,no any update.
