1）什么都不做，只保持EAD身
-EAD is not status. Your status will be AOS
2）申请新H-1B
-You can, but the H-1b is limited by the H-1 Cap.
3）申请H-4（基于配偶的H-1B身份)
-Up to you, if you do not want to work.
